Hyatt Regency Trinidad opened its Sushi Bar on September 29th. New Chef Joel Del Castillo is serving up a wide selection of sushi for the novice and the experienced sushi fan.

Come and enjoy our authentic sushi offerings of Sashimi, Makimono, Nigiri, Temaki, Sushi Rolls and more.

The Sushi Bar is located to the right in the Lobby Lounge and is opened Tuesday - Saturday from 5.30pm - 9.30pm.
